- Pay your bill by the required date.
- Contact us immediately if you have difficulty paying your bill.
- If you are selling, please inform us in writing via email on the settlement date. Additionally, provide us with the new owners contact details so that we can update the contact details for invoicing. Until we receive this notification you will remain responsible for all outstanding charges.
- A 1% interest charge will be added per month after due date on overdue invoices.
