Preserved Supply Register
Some customers depend on a continuous water supply due to a medical condition or disability, such as home dialysis.
In accordance with the Water Services Code of Conduct (Customer Service Standards) 2018 (WA), eligible customers may be entitled to be registered on the Preserved Supply Register.
Being registered helps CHW identify customers who may require additional consideration in the event of planned or unplanned interruptions to water supply. Registration does not guarantee uninterrupted supply.
Eligibility
A customer may be eligible for the Preserved Supply Register if a person residing at the property:
- Has a medical condition or disability; and
- Is dependent on a continuous water supply to manage that condition.
CHW may require supporting information to confirm eligibility.
How to Register
Customers who believe they may be eligible are encouraged to contact CHW as soon as possible to discuss registration and provide any required information.
